Numerous weekend events in U.S. have been delayed by a massive Sunday night traffic accident that destroyed 25 of the unique vessels as they were being transported. Aside from extensive property damage, no human injuries  were reported. The local Oriental Dragon Boat Race is  expected to be re-scheduled for a Saturday in September.
